RehabilitationOur aim at Pure Running is to take you from a state of injury back to your prior level of activity and beyond. We will design an individual rehabilitation programme to ensure that the injury site returns to a fully functional state and to ensure that the original cause of the injury has been fully eliminated.

Your programme will focus on any areas of weakness and releasing any restrictions which may be inhibiting movement or muscle function. This will be carried out by a combination of strength work and mobility exercises. At Pure Running we work closely with the physiotherapists at Pure Physio which will give you the best care for a speedy recovery.

We specialise in the following areas:

  • Ankle pain – Sprains/achillies tendon
  • Knee pain – Ligament injury, anterior knee pain, post operative rehabilitation
  • Hip pain
  • Lower back pain – Work/everyday or exercise induced
  • Shoulder pain
  • Post operative rehabilitation
