Ever since I returned to running 18 months ago I have suffered from shin-splints. I was very close to giving up when a friend suggested I visit Pure Running. I am so glad I did! The 6 sessions I had with Teri showed me  exactly why the shin-splints were happening, along with corrective  techniques, video analysis and strength work.
